HRD Radar: send a TDR Trigger

Send trigger to EMC.
(AOC site might ask to authenticate with your NOAA-wide account)

HRD Radar Jobfile App

Requirements:

- Java JDK version = 1.8.x
(To find out, type: java -version)

Steps:

1. If first-time use:
Official version: Save this web launch file to your workstation. (right-click link and 'Save Link As...')

2. To run Jobfile App, open file with Java Web Start.
(Accept to run the app when asked for permission)

3. Upload Jobfile to AOC ground server
(Site might ask to authenticate with your NOAA-wide account)



Notes:
- In every session, Jobfile App maintains a directory "home-directory/tmpjobfile" to preserve all necessary files. This directory is never removed by the App, only created if not present. It is left up to the user to decide when to recapture the disk space.
