    Merged PR 1425: Determine questionable dewpoint temperature in WMM
    
    - HDOB: preserve the last 10 seconds from previous period; initiate a separate thread to construct a new line; add logic to determine if ambient T and/or dewpoint T are questionable; SFMR columns to /// when ALTref>3810m during all 10 seconds representing the SFMR 10s-average.
    
    - Vortex: deal with supersaturation (TD>T) in PSURF calculation; added new definitions for quantity TDMfilter and its routine.
