edited crpe_a and crpe_b tasks to dual prf 4:3 1600/1200 copied settings from crpe-1600-5 task

rcu crashed 2x during preflight (~0900z & ~0930z).  Could not telnect back into it until reboot.

changed inu offset to -15.2 meters fwd of inu  (guestimated 600 inches)
after restarting iris b/c of inu offset (qiris/siris) got dsp errors.  stopping restarting rvp8 service fixed this

circles at ~1309z


changed from dual prf from 4:3 to none at 1438 and changed max range to 93km to get # bins below 1024

pitches at ~1522
